These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of babynamesreport.com (the "Site") and any products you purchase from us ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or buying access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What we offer

Baby Names Report provides baby-name information, popularity charts, statistical forecasts, name comparisons, and personalized name reports, built from public U.S. Social Security Administration data. Some features are free; others require a paid purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

Purchases, pricing, and access

Access is sold as a single product: a one-time payment of $9 USD that grants one (1) year of full access to paid features — multi-name comparison charts, 5-year popularity forecasts, and unlimited personalized name reports. This is a one-time charge: it does not automatically renew, and you will not be billed again unless you choose to purchase again. Access expires one year after purchase. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change for future purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms.

Refunds

Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are generally final. That said, we want you to be happy — if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you in good faith on a refund.

About forecasts and data

Our charts, uniqueness scores, comparisons, and forecasts are statistical estimates derived from historical public data. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Name popularity is influenced by many factors we cannot predict, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of any forecast or that any prediction will come true. You are solely responsible for any naming decisions you make.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to bypass the paywall, scrape or resell our data or reports, disrupt the Site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The underlying name counts come from public-domain U.S. Social Security Administration data. Our original content, forecasts, scoring, design, and reports are owned by Baby Names Report. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your purchased reports and the paid features for your own personal use.

Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baby Names Report will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on our content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update the Site, our products, or these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
